UK Technical Support Help Desk
Free Technical Support is available to all our customers who have purchased direct from us over the telephone or from our UK website.
We provide technical support either from our UK telephone support help desk or via email. When contacting support please have your unique support ID number ready which entitles you to receive free support. Your support ID number is printed on the card which is included in the box with your purchase.

UK Service & Repair Centre
Products sold are covered by a minimum 12 Months manufacturers warranty. Software which is provided free of charge comes with no warranty.
• 12 Month warranty…
We undertake to deal with defects in our products that are attributable to quality faults or normal use faults. If you suspect your hardware has a fault, please contact the company you purchased it from. If you have purchased it direct from us in the UK then please contact our UK technical service centre using your unique support ID or proof of purchase and we will determine if your product is faulty and covered by the warranty. Our technical support may decide to repair or replace for free. However any claims in respect of damage resulting from careless or incorrect use of the product (e.g tamper, inadequate maintenance, unsuitable storage, overloading, power surge etc) will not be repaired or replaced for free, in which case the service centre will advise the most cost effect action.
• 12 Month warranty covers the following spare parts…
The main components: circuit boards, keypad contacts, LCD screen, optical fingerprint sensor, power adaptor.
• 12 Month warranty doesn’t cover the following spare parts…
Case, keypad buttons, Flash pen drive, USB or serial cable, fingerprint sensor membrane, software etc.
Service outside of warranty
If your product is outside of warranty but develops a fault then we may be able to repair the product in the UK as we stock most spare parts. Please contact us, so we can evaluate the fault and estimate the cost of repair.
Do not send the suspect product to us unless we have instructed you to do so, your product must be sent with a correct Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
